Camp Showbiz


For over 10 years, Camp Showbiz has been an exciting and fulfilling part of the summers of San Antonio’s children. Over 10,000 young people, aged 5 to 17, have taken part in Camp Showbiz, our community’s premiere theatre arts summer program.

 

With a focus on fun, learning, and creativity, Camp Showbiz offers age-targeted theatre classes in a day camp structure. With over 20 classes offered during 6 convenient 2-week sessions, Camp Showbiz offers children a wide range of creative outlets.


Creativity is essential to a child’s healthy development. Skills gained through the creative process are applicable to all careers and lifestyles. And creativity is a never-ending process – there is always something more to learn. Our Camp Showbiz graduates know this – many return every summer as paid interns to pass on what they’ve learned to a new generation of Campers.
