Season Pass Holders

 

Welcome Season Pass Holders!


for our 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons using your email address and season pass ID# (Please call us at 210-227-2751 if you have not received your ID#)


Pass holders, please read our policies before making your reservation:
1) Reservations are required for pass holders. Our shows OFTEN SELL OUT, and families without reservations will be put on a waiting list before the show begins. We recommend reserving your tickets at least two weeks in advance.

2) Cancellation policy: You must call the box office at 210-227-2751 or email info@magiktheatre.org to cancel your reservation or to decrease your ticket numbers at least 24 hours in advance of the performance. All requests received prior to 24 hours will be credited back to the pass.

3) Children under 2 will not be charged a season pass ticket, but the child must sit on the parent's lap. If the child under 2 will be using a seat, either in a car seat or booster, you must use one of your season tickets for the child.

4) Our weekday 9:45 and 11:30 am shows are often very crowded due to school field trips. While these performances are open to pass holders, please keep in mind that you will be directed to a reserved area set aside for individuals and pass holders.


5) Weekend shows are open seating. The earlier you arrive, the better selection you will have of seats. The theatre opens one hour before showtime.
