Ticket Information
On the Day of the Show
1. The theatre opens 30 minutes before show time for weekday daytime shows and one hour before show time on Friday evenings and Saturdays. Please check in at the box office to confirm your reservation, grab your programs and head for the theatre!
The Magik Theatre respects your family's schedule and is committed to starting our performances on time. We ask that you allow yourself enough time for parking and box office check-in so that you can enjoy our production in its entirety.
2. Stop by our concessions area and grab some popcorn, candy and soda! All items are $2 and under. Please note that the concession stand is only open on weekends and for select weekday performances during Spring Break and summer performances.
3. Take a seat, relax and enjoy the show!
Our tickets are general seating, meaning you will not receive an assigned seat. The earlier you arrive, the more options you will have for seating.
Cancellation Policy
The Magik Theatre does not offer refunds on ticket purchases. However, if you are not able to attend the show, please contact us 24 hours in advance and we would be happy to apply your reservation to another performance date.
